Installment

Use this note if you want regular periodic payments (i.e. monthly, quarterly or annually).

Demand Payment

Use this note if you do not want to specify a payment amount and date. All payments will be made “on demand “of the lender to the borrower.

Lump Sum Payment (Balloon)

Use this note if you would like to specify payment of the loan in full on a designated date.
